At Dusk&Dawn we take our privacy obligations seriously and we’ve created a privacy policy to explain what information we collect from you on our website and how we treat that information.

What we do with your information


When you make a purchase on our site, we collect the information that you give us, such as your name, address, email address and phone number in order to deliver those products and to respond to your enquiries. When you provide us with this information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery or return a purchase, you consent to us collecting this information and using it for that specific reason only. 

Our site uses Google AdWords, Google Analytics and the Google Display Network together to serve ads to you on other sites after you have visited this site. Payments
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, AfterPay and Klarna through our website. These are processed through a secure payment service provider (eWay). eWAY is tier-one PCI DSS compliant and ensures the highest security standards set by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. 

Your credit card details are not held by Dusk&Dawn and cannot be accessed by Dusk&Dawn. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

Shopify has sitewide SSL security, DDOS protection and is level PCI-1 compliant.

Cookies
Like many companies, we use ‘cookie’ technology on our website. ’Cookies’ are small text files a website can use to recognise repeat users, store registration data, facilitate the user's ongoing access to and use of the website, allow a website to track usage behaviour and compile aggregate data that will allow content improvements.

We are using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting in for our text marketing and notifications in, you agree to these terms and conditions.

By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.

Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc, an European Union company with office at Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used for sending you targeted marketing messages and notifications. Upon sending the text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text messages operator to fulfill their delivery.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. The Dusk And Dawn mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Dusk And Dawn (“Dusk And Dawn”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Dusk And Dawn’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Dusk And Dawn through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Dusk And Dawn. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to DuskandDawn or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Dusk And Dawn mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
